Sabrina Wagner specializes in the areas of corporate taxation law and tax planning. She has practical experience on a broad range of national and cross-border tax matters with a focus on international tax planning, M&A transactions, and restructurings. Furthermore, Sabrina Wagner represents clients in tax audits and appeals to the tax authorities.
Apart from advising companies, Sabrina Wagner also specializes in supporting local tax advisers in international tax matters and special questions in national tax law.
